Remote Online Notarization
As a dual-commissioned Notary Public licensed in both California and Texas, I provide jurisdictionally compliant comprehensive notarization services to meet your needs wherever you are.
I offer secure Remote Online Notarization services under my Texas commission, allowing you to complete your notarization from anywhere in the world using our secure, legally compliant platform. So, even though California is not a RON-approved state for commissioned notaries, you can still receive RON services for your notarial needs!
Important: Texas law requires that I am physically located in Texas when performing RON services. I’ll confirm my availability, either for mobile or RON services, when you contact me to ensure compliance with all legal requirements.

By doing so, I would be engaging in the unauthorized practice of law and could face legal penalties that include the possibility of incarceration. Any important questions about your document should be addressed to the issuing/receiving agency or an attorney.
Note: *A California Notary may only certify copies of Powers of Attorney and their own notary journal. The customer signing the statement on the Copy Certification by Document Custodian is the one certifying it is a true copy, and not the notary. This appears official and it is recommended that the signer confirm with the requestor if this is acceptable.
